Return
Order
Shipping without tracking information.
In some cases, it may take a few hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received tracking within 24 hours, please contact us.
Wrong address.
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the change before the package is shipped.
Shipping confirmation is missing.
The shipping confirmation is automatically sent once your order has been processed. Check your spam folder or contact our customer service if you haven't received the email.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have processed your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued via the payment method you used when placing your order.
Defective or damaged products.
If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will replace the defective product or offer you a full refund.
Sale Items Returns
Please be aware that items purchased during a sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Carefully review your order before completing it, as these items cannot be returned.
Cancel order.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service to check if your order can be cancelled.
Can I modify my order after I have placed it?
Once an order is placed, we usually cannot modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes, and we will see if we can assist you.
What is the reason my order has not been delivered yet?
Your order may be delayed due to high demand with the carrier or unforeseen circumstances. Please check the tracking information for updates. If your order is late, please contact us.
Can I get my money back if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Yes, if you’re not satisfied, you’ll get a refund. The payment will be processed once we receive the return. It may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.
